Founder Education Logistic Service Center, with providing
services for teachers and students as its focus and
mission statement, improves its services and management,
achieve the objectives of “low cost, high profit” and
“guarantee service, promote development” and make the
campus safe, energy-saving and harmonious.
With the construction of Pinggu Science and Education
Campus, adapting to the development of Education Group,
the Logistic Service Center makes great efforts to
make better environment for talent cultivation, improving
its service guarantee on campus and the schooling supporting
facilities, carrying out reform on logistic socialization,
and affiliating professional service company.
There are nine departments subordinated to the center,
that is, center office, financial department, operation
department, vehicle scheduling department, service
department ( for infrastructure maintenance, afforestation,
property management, bathroom, heating, clinics, catering,
supermarket, kindergarten, cinemas, meetings), students’
apartment management, security department, purchase
department, and outsourcing department. At present,
it holds 34 permanent staff and 57 temporary employees.
The service ranges from property management, catering,
medical service, infrastructure maintenance, transportation,
supermarkets, kindergarten, cinemas, accommodation,
meetings and heating to bathrooms.
The Center Office is mainly in charge of five aspects
of work. Firstly, deals with the daily administrative
affairs, internal meetings, and meeting minutes. Secondly,
composes relevant documents, report. Thirdly, receives,
registers, circulates and sorts company’s internal
documents. Next, supervises departments’ work and on-duty
situation. What’s more, records staff attendance and
submit month attendance record timely. At last, collects
company’s news reports, industrial information, working
dynamic, and publicize company’s images.
The Financial Management Department is mainly responsible
for accounting and audition by higher departments and
banks. It also takes care of how to effectively use
the internal fixed assets.
The Management department is in charge of developing
new project, propagating the concept of staff involvement
and development, expanding business relationship, searching
for up to date industry news and giving feedback to
the board. In addition, we hope to provide good after-sale
service to teachers and students in order to communicate
well with them.
Vehicle scheduling department is in charge of transportation
service for teaching, scientific research, production
and living.
The service department is responsible for infrastructure
maintenance, afforestation, property management, bathrooms,
heating, clinics, catering, supermarkets, kindergarten,
cinemas and meetings.
The Department of Apartment Management is responsible
for students’ accommodation guarantee and their free-time
activities.
The Security Department deals with the everyday work
related to firefighting, patrolling, guarding, car
parking and other grouping events.
The Purchasing Department undertakes the task of purchasing
and bidding for office, life and teaching materials,
teaching equipments and infrastructure.
The Outsourcing Management Department engages in cooperation,
renting, negotiation and contract signing with other
businesses. |
